- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
- THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
- ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANAEK, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL
- ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anaek, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
